THE OPPORTUNITY

Clinical Chair of Women’s Health (Clinical Chair). The Clinical Chair will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery, driving innovative initiatives, and nurturing a culture of continual improvement. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, administrators, and various stakeholders, the Clinical Chair will be tasked with optimizing clinical processes, implementing evidence-based practices, and upholding the utmost standards of quality and safety.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Executive Medical Director, the Clinical Chair will lead the department's strategic planning and programmatic expansion, emphasizing the enhancement of clinical and educational program quality. Tasked with monitoring and actively enhancing the quality of care within the department, the Clinical Chair will also ensure the appropriate orientation and training of providers in alignment with hospital policies and departmental needs.
