SUMMARY
Vinfen, a 44-year-old, not-for-profit community behavioral health and disabilities service provider based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity to lead and manage a highly successful organization strategically, operationally, and financially. Vinfen seeks an accomplished and visionary leader to be responsible for continuing Vinfen’s excellence while leading it through the many changes that lie ahead in the health and human services sector.
THE POSITION
Vinfen’s new CEO will ideally be master’s-prepared and will have a minimum of 10+ years of successful leadership experience. Experience could be in not-for-profit, public, educational, or private sector settings, in organizations that have as their mission serving and improving the lives of people. Most significantly, the new CEO must be someone who has a proven record of effective leadership and of managing transitions in large and complex organizations. Experience may include work in multidisciplinary human service agencies, not-for-profit healthcare organizations, state and federal government agencies, behavioral health systems, federally qualified health centers, or behavioral health services within large healthcare systems or other large, complex organizations.
