The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) position is an opportunity for a talented Human Resources leader to lead the ongoing transformation of the HR Department at a unique and highly respected behavioral health organization. Reporting directly to the President, this executive will play a critical role in creating a vibrant department, operating at both the strategic and operational level - whereby their contribution is welcomed. They will develop and implement systems that support the future vision of Silver Hill Hospital. As an integral member of the senior leadership team, the CHRO will bring their personal vision of what a “future HR department” looks like, to best support the organization, leadership, and employees. Most important, is their ability to lead and inspire while they form key partnerships, champion employees, and advise the President and other key stakeholders on best practices in Human Resources.


Most significant is that the new CHRO will implement best practices to elevate the level of professionalism and the historical role of Human Resources at Silver Hill, leading to the adoption of a progressive HR culture featuring transparent communication, inclusion, and greater diversity. As a key stakeholder, the CHRO will be a proactive resource and both a strategic and operational leader of the steadily growing Silver Hill Hospital.
