SUMMARY
Jewish Senior Services, has a strong clinical and executive leadership team and is guided by its Board of Directors. It is a highly-respected, nationally recognized non-profit senior care and aging services organization caring for the well and frail elderly of southwestern CT. JSS has been the benchmark for skilled nursing care since 1973 and further established its leadership role in 2016 by developing the first Household Model skilled nursing and assisting living community in Connecticut—The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus on Park Avenue.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Jewish Senior Services (JSS) is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a progressive and diversified $60 million senior care organization located near the southern Connecticut coastline in Fairfield County. Jewish Senior Services is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501c3 senior care organization. All its energy and resources are directed to the care and support of seniors and their loved ones; JSS is known for its warm, personal, open, and inclusive culture, and for excellent care. The CMO will join the leadership team at a time of substantial growth, innovation, program, and capital development.
THE POSITION
The CMO is responsible for the planning, development, management, and evaluation of medical related activities to support the goals and objectives of JSS. The CMO assures compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations and within the framework of the overall quality expected by JSS.
