SUMMARY
BMC HealthNet Plan (BMCHP), is seeking an Executive Director (ED), to lead and manage Well Sense Health Plan, their New Hampshire based Medicaid product. As Well Sense enters into a new five-year contract with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the ED will be responsible for strategic leadership, financial and operational oversight, business development initiatives and government relations. Reporting to the President of BMCHP, the ED will lead the Well Sense team as we strive to better serve vulnerable patient populations in New Hampshire.
THE OPPORTUNITY
S/he will operate as a strategic partner to DHHS and other key stakeholders as Well Sense enters into its new contract and as the state of New Hampshire completes the final year of its DSRIP waiver in 2020. Assuming “ownership” during this transition will include ensuring that the plan continues to deliver flawlessly regarding operational execution and positioning Well Sense to partner with the DHHS on the future of the MCO program. The ED will collaborate with BMCHP leadership and as a partner, continue to assist in shaping and creating alignment with the broader organizational vision and strategic roadmap.
