THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to help start up and grow a certified home health agency as part of a well-regarded, diversified senior care organization located in Boston’s dynamic MetroWest region. The Clinical Nurse Director will work closely with the Executive Director to shape and build the new home health division of this well-established provider of health and residential services.  The organization is led by an engaged, committed, and supportive CEO and community board.

THE POSITION

The Clinical Nurse Director is responsible for ensuring that the daily clinical operations of the service delivery team are in compliance with agency policies as well as federal and state regulations. The Clinical Nurse Director is responsible for supervising the visiting personnel and ensuring that patients have appropriate plans of care in place for the Mary Ann Morse private care and certified home health programs. As the certified Home Health division of Mary Ann Morse is a start-up, the CND will be an effective leader and business-builder with entrepreneurial skills.  This position will be highly visible within the organization and will help set the direction of the Home Health programs. The CND reports to the Executive Director of Mary Ann Morse Home Care.
