SUMMARY

Wellforce is recruiting for a newly created position of Vice President of Human Resources for the Wellforce Physician Enterprise (VP-HRPE).   Wellforce brings together hospitals, physicians, and home health to work together to provide high value care and build healthy communities. We define and measure success in terms of the health of the people that we serve, and the wellbeing of the clinical, education and research colleagues that contribute to that population wellbeing.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Wellforce has created a role of Vice President of Human Resources for the Wellforce Physician Enterprise (VP-HRPE). This new role is responsible for helping stand up the newly formed physician enterprise, supporting the ongoing needs of the network in terms of staffing and onboarding core management functions, and promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion and equity in our enterprise.

THE POSITION

The Vice President, Human Resources Physician Enterprise is a new position that will support the human resource and development needs of the Wellforce Physician Enterprise, including our clinically integrated network and employed physician group.
