The ZurickDavis team conducts in-depth face-to-face interviews with the candidates our client has chosen from the preliminary list.

We create dossiers on the candidates we have interviewed and evaluated, and present our findings to our client with our professional recommendations.  We identify those candidates we believe are the most qualified for the position and. critically, the best fit to our client’s organizational culture.

Our client decides which candidates should be on the list of final candidates.  The ZurickDavis team assists in planning the final interview and selection process, including interviewing guidelines and rating forms.
