Apurv Gupta MD MPH leads the care transformation team at Guidehouse Consulting. He is an expert in driving transformational change, physician engagement, change management, and leadership development. He had led recent projects in clinical operating model redesign, length of stay/ throughput, clinical variation, and service line optimization. He has experience as a clinician, manager, executive, educator, and thought leader.
Dr. Gupta completed his Internal Medicine training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA, and received an M.D. and Sc.B. from Brown University, as well as a M.P.H. from Harvard University.
Joan Deming-Murphy is a Director at Guidehouse Consulting. She is an expert in creating high-value solutions for achieving critical health system performance. Joan has a unique combination of clinical and operations experience and has worked with many healthcare
organizations on projects ranging from cost control to enhanced interdisciplinary care. She has an MBA, Health Administration from Temple University, an MS in Pediatric Nursing from the University of Illinois and a BSN from the University of Delaware.
