Hospitality in Senior Care
Senior care providers are increasingly focused on hospitality in order to distinguish themselves from competitors. This presentation focuses on perceptions of hospitality from administrators of nursing homes and assisted living facilities and the use of hospitality practices across settings and lines of service. Our speakers, Lindsey Creapeau and Dr. Kevin Hansen, will cover the similarities and differences in practices across long-term care service lines including short- and long-stay nursing home residents and assisted living, and discuss how hospitality in senior care is becoming part of the expected culture and cadre of services for residents.
