Barry has designed, implemented and managed supplemental compensation and retirement plans for key executives and physicians for over 35 years. He was formerly Vice President and Counsel for UNUM and is currently Chairman of the Board at New England Sinai Hospital, where he has served on the board for over 20 years. Barry is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He holds an undergraduate degree in English from Northeastern University and earned his law degree from Boston University.
Dennis has over 30 years of experience advising healthcare executives on employee benefits, human resource challenges and 340(b) pharmacy programs. He began his career with Travelers Corporation in Hartford, CT learning RVU based surgical reimbursement programs. More recently he was in the population health space as CEO of a medication and discharge planning compliance company. Dennis is a member of MGMA, ACHE and HFMA. He holds a business administration degree from Nichols College with a concentration in marketing.
