Rey Spadoni is President of ZDconsult, our consulting division. He has held a variety of senior level positions within the health care industry over nearly four decades, including within the hospital, payer and post-acute industries. He was most recently the CEO of Community VNA, a community-based home and hospice care agency based in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Previously, Rey held positions with Covenant Health as Senior Vice President of Mission Integration and Interim President of St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, New Hampshire. He served as President of Partners Health Care at Home, the $100M home care division of Partners Health Care (Mass General Brigham), and President and CEO of the VNA of Boston, the nation’s first home health care agency. Rey has led organizational turnarounds and transformations for a number of organizations, including Neighborhood Health Plan, Dimock Community Health Center and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. He has served on several not-for-profit boards of directors and is active within health care industry professional associations. Rey currently serves as a board member of the Massachusetts Home Care Alliance, is a bestselling author (Saving Organizations That Matter: Ascending From the Confluence of Chaos) and began his career as a consultant with Ernst & Young. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University and completed his undergraduate degree at Holy Cross College.
