Ellen brings over 15 years of experience in search and executive recruitment to ZurickDavis. She both leads and supports client recruitment for senior administrative leaders, physician leaders, and nurse leaders in healthcare organizations. She has served clients and search committees at hospitals, managed care plans, community health centers, physician practices and senior care organizations nationally. As Vice President of Search Operations, Ellen also leads the internal ZurickDavis operations and has oversight of all associates and consultants working in research, candidate development and physician recruitment. She leads the candidate identification and outreach efforts of the ZurickDavis team. Having joined ZurickDavis in 2007, she has gained hands on experience on almost every search at ZD over her tenure.
Prior to joining ZurickDavis in 2007, she had experience staffing and recruiting for a division of Sun Healthcare providing temporary health care staffing for clinical staff to healthcare organizations in the Greater Boston area. As Staffing Manager, she gained experience in all aspects of the recruitment. Ellen earned a BS in Marketing and an MBA with healthcare focus, from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Ellen is active as Vice Chair of Membership at American College of Healthcare Executives and has also completed the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiters certification through AIRS.
