    Myranne, a partner leading ZDmd at ZurickDavis, brings extensive healthcare executive experience in major searches, business strategy, and operational efficiency since joining the firm in 2000.

    Starting as a Medical Technologist, her career advanced through clinical leadership and entrepreneurial roles. Myranne holds an MBA from Northeastern University and contributes to industry advancement by speaking at conferences, engaging in thought leadership, and serving on community boards.

    Ellen, ZurickDavis' COO, joined the firm in 2007 and has extensive healthcare executive recruiting experience. As Chief Operating Officer, she directs internal strategy and development at ZD.

    She holds an MBA with a healthcare focus from Quinnipiac University​

    Ellen is dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership, serving as Vice Chair of Membership at the American College of Healthcare Executives and holding a Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment certification.​

  • Senior Vice President

    Jackie has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive in healthcare delivery and search. She was a principal at Brill Neumann Associates, focusing on leadership searches for academic healthcare organizations.

    For 15 years, Jackie has served as a Senior Vice President at ZurickDavis, specializing in senior leadership roles in academic medical centers and integrated health systems. Previously, she spent 20 years with Harvard Community Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Jackie holds a degree from Mount Holyoke College and an MPH from the Yale School of Public Health.

    Currently an Overseer of the Peabody Essex Museum, she lives in Marblehead with her husband, Daniel, a physician at Massachusetts General Hospital, and enjoys opera, tennis, and paddle.

  • Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

    Deni Auclair began as a hedge fund analyst in White Plains, NY after 13 years in trade publishing, including as a Sports Illustrated reporter. In 1996, she joined John Wiley & Sons as VP of Corporate Development, growing revenue from $600 million to $2 billion through corporate acquisitions.

    Deni served as CFO at JBJS in Needham, MA starting in 2011 and leads her own consultancy, including  the role of CFAO at ZurickDavis.

    She volunteers as treasurer for The Cat Connection cat rescue and has been involved with Olympic boxing as an official and board member for over 40 years. She holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern.

    Lida trained as a social anthropologist before entering the field of search consulting 25 years ago.

    She joined ZurickDavis in 2012,  where her expertise in understanding organizational cultures and the dynamics of change in healthcare have inspired the trust and confidence of clients and candidates. 

    She earned a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and a Ph.D in Anthropology from Harvard. Lida is certified in mediation and has served as a hospice volunteer.

    Bonnie joined ZurickDavis in 2017, partnering with behavioral health organizations, community health centers, and senior living communities across the country. Before 2017, she worked in behavioral health for over 20 years, holding leadership roles for ten.

    Building dedicated, high-performing teams, she implemented and expanded services to underserved regions and oversaw evidence-based programs throughout her state. She has held executive committee roles on the Boards of Directors for various nonprofit and professional membership organizations.

    Outside work, when Bonnie isn’t busy as a dance mom, she dedicates her time to protecting pollinators and native plants.

    Dana joined ZurickDavis in 2019 as a trusted partner for clients in executive and senior leadership hiring. With over 15 years of experience in executive search, he works with hospitals, academic medical centers, community health centers, and behavioral health organizations. Previously, Dana was a Senior Talent Advisor at Concord Hospital and spent eight years at TriNet, completing over 70 executive searches. Outside work, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and cheering for his kids at their sports events.

    Amanda joined ZurickDavis in 2015 as a Search Associate, focusing on research and candidate identification while supporting various searches with our dedicated team. Prior to this, she worked as a paralegal and as a Registration and Scheduling Specialist at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, where she developed her research and customer service skills while managing a heavy workload. Amanda earned her B.S. in Legal Studies and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

    Annette is a senior leader at ZurickDavis with 23 years of experience in healthcare executive search, both in the US and internationally. She specializes in working with complex academic medical centers and hospital systems, building strong client relationships.

    She leads leadership development initiatives and facilitates executive retreats. Annette also provides interim management solutions for C-suite positions.

    Previously, she managed an international division for a boutique search firm in Europe and advised the NHS on recruitment strategies. She is certified in MBTI, Predictive Index, HOGAN Leadership, and EQ.2.0.

    As the Director of Client Services at ZurickDavis, Kristen draws on her extensive experience in business support from high-pressure environments.

    She adapts her skills to meet organizational needs, overseeing administrative functions, managing operations, and coordinating activities.

    Kristen also plays a key role in providing strategic direction by assessing customer satisfaction and refining processes.

    Previously, as an Organizational Development Specialist, she honed her recruiting and organizational skills. Kristen earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
